As we are currently growing quickly and have an ambitious plan for the future, we are now seeking a talented and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing and Nordic team. This team consists of experts in SEO, performance marketing, social media, UX, and analytics.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling and creating engaging content across various platforms. The role includes developing social media content and acting as a ‘spider-in-the-web’ between local markets and the central marketing team (CMT), coordinating marketing activities across different teams. The responsibilities will also include defining and driving new marketing initiatives such as organizing and optimizing global webinars and supporting the rollouts of campaigns.
The location for the role is at STS & Educatius office in central Stockholm.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and edit content for our website, blog, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
Coordinate various marketing tasks and support rollouts of activities to the Nordic markets.
Engage with students globally and secure assets to social media and other channels
Develop, post and manage social media channels across the STS & Educatius
Produce visually appealing multimedia content, including videos, infographics and photos.
Work in an international environment with multiple markets across the world.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a content creator, marketing coordinator, or similar role.
Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva etc).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Great coordination and delivery-on-time skills
Mandatory to have high level written & verbally of English and Swedish/Danish or Finnish
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the education sector or with international student programs.
Familiarity with video editing software, email marketing tools, social media scheduling and monitoring tools, Meta Ads Managers and TikTok Ads Manager
Fluent in Danish, Norwegian, Swedish or Finnish
